Using a variety of textures, layers, and colors, I want to invite you to experience the beauty and wonder that can exist in this world. Whether it be through a small window inspired by the colorful homes in central-america, to a lush rainforest showing the beautiful and majestic motmot bird, I like to explore the culture and variety, the beauty and traditions that make this life so colorful.
I primarily work with paper, layering and shaping to create 2d or 3d art pieces. All of my work is hand-cut and handmade by me.
I was born in Nicaragua, but was raised in Miami, FL for over 30 years where I was immersed in the different flavors of latin culture. After a cross-country drive along with my husband and 3 dogs, we moved to Portland, Orgeon in 2021 where I enjoyed exploring everything that the lush and beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Recently, late 2023, we drove cross-country again (with 2 dogs now as sadly our oldest passed away), and we are now currently residing in Orlando, FL.
